For corporate clients, we always start our engagements with a discovery call to understand your immigration challenges, business situation, and goals. This is offered free of charge.

For individuals seeking immigration services, the first step is always a 30-minute paid case assessment with a senior Immigration Consultant (RCIC). Please bear in mind that the better prepared you are for this assessment, the better we will be able to advise on your options. Consult fees are deducted from any application that proceeds within 30 days.
